At first sight it looks indeed very close to a Penbex radio. However, I checked around a bit and it seems that the Konig is using the Frontier silicon portal which makes it less likely that it is a Penbex radio. So I for now have to say No.

is a Konig HAV-MCS54, very similar to Goodmans GMC1502WF.
