Guten Morgen,

It is useless to load a station list if your network connection is not working.
"Route" is not something that the Listenlive firmware would ask for.
Are you using the listenlive firmware or the original firmware?
However, it will probably mean the gateway / router address..

Within the listenlive firmware you can choose to do a network settings reset only under the factory reset option.
If you are doign a reset, turn off the device after the reset and install the device as new.

Thanks for the answer. Can I write in german?

All these devices have issues with the internal flash memory.
It might be that the wifi driver part is damaged.
In any case, did you try a "factory reset, power off, power on, reinstall" sequence?

Btw, a firmware update will most likely only make things worse...

<< a "factory reset, power off, power on, reinstall" sequence?
How should I do that?
Please write me the link for the upgrade software. I do not know what I would have to take.

If your device is not working correctly, then DO NOT perform any firmware upgrades!

Go to settings menu and perform a factory reset.
then power off the device (unplug from power)
start device again
enter the network settings
test if you can connect

Good Morning,
I made a reset in the previous week.
I have everything set correctly.
Fritzbox: 172.16.10.1
Radio: fixed IP 172.16.10.43
Route 172.16.10.1
DNS 172.16.10.1
I can see the Radio in my Fritzbox-Configuration (is green - connected)
I can send from a Computer a ping to 172.16.10.43

When I go: Netzwerk --> Internet-Radio --> nach Regionen
it seems "Liste erstellen"
After a few minutes it seems "Netzwerkfehler"
What can I do?

Original firmware uses the original chinese server.. which is probably not working anymore..
Go to system information and check what model is listed there.

This is a model with a high risk to kill it.

All steps are explained on the forum a number of times.

If you want to give it a try, you need to update first with the loader

and then the regular listenlive firmware update:

Thanks! One last asks, before I destroy my radio:
Can't transfer only a new sender-list into the device?

Great! DONE!!!
I'm excited! That was easy.
Unfortunately I can not see any single station.

My Settings (Verbindungseinstellungen):
DHCP Nein
IP-Adresse 172.016.010.043
Subnetz 255.255.255.000
Router Adresse 172.016.010.001
DNS-Adresse 1 172.016.010.001
SSID Wohnung
Verschlüsselung WPA2
Passwort **********

Under "Access Points automatisch suchen" I can see:
Wohnung (*Connected*) Encrypted ([WPA2-PSK-CCMP])

Under "Verbindungsstatus" I can see:
Listenlive.nl
AP SSID: Wohnung
AP MAC:
AP crypt:
IP address: 172.14.8.35
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Router/GW: 172.14.8.1
DNS 1: 172.016.010.001
DNS 2: 0.0.0.0
Wifi Mac address: 00:0a:eb:aa:d3:70

How can I find the radio and TV stations? Please help for finalize.

Are the apps like news and twitter showing any recent internet data?
That will tell you if the internet connection is working.

Thanks.
Seemingly the radio has no connection to the internet. All lists have 0 entries.
That was also the problem with the old firmware. Was so not the "Chinese server"???
Is this a problem with my Router (Fritzbox 7390)? What I need to adjust?
Internet-TV over my Receiver
in the living room (LAN direct) works without problems.

Why this in "Verbindungsstatus" (see my previous posting):
I
P address: 172.14.8.35
Router/GW: 172.14.8.1

My Gateway to the internet (Fritzbox) is 172.16.10.1 !

Did you already try to use DHCP?
Fritzbox has perfect support for it, so why not use it?
If you do not want changing IP numbers you can even use DHCP and assign always the same IP to a device..

However, the Listenlive firmware will also work just fine with static IP's. There are no known issues!
If you see a different address than what you believe you typed, then you must have entered it incorrectly.

Make sure you enter the values correctly.. I dont have a box in front of me.. but you might want to try 172.016.010.001 and 172.16.10.1 (thus with/without the leading zero's)

Hello,
>>you might want to try 172.016.010.001 and 172.16.10.1
That helped! My radio is playing! But

No TV-Stations found (no ZDF, no ARD ...) - no server response
Can't save Favorites
Can't determine my city for weather

Can I transfer settinges over the computer into the device (for example a sender-list)?
Great thanks for an answer!

Note that the device is a 400mhz Linux box with additional hadware accelerator for some older codecs.
Due to that, modern video streams can not be played.
This has nothing to do with software but has to do with the hardware not being fast enough to do the video decoding in software and the hardware not having support for newer codecs.
There are some working video streams but in general do not expect premium content to be available.
You can not compare these boxes with todays tablets that have a 2ghz octa core processor with hardware support for the latest codecs.
