- please switch off your radio device
- login on Listenlive.nl home page with your user-ID
- select [User Settings]
- check at "Device information:" for a YES at the correct device type
if not, update it
- activate the [Regenerate] button once
- turn on your radio device again and check it now.
Is there any change on the problem?

Hi, i have a big problem: if i try to access to my favourites i recive the message: "service not available"
I can see the list of all the users, but i can't access to my user; i try reset to default, nothing. i try re-install the last (modified) firmware, nothing.
Please help me! Thanks
