Not shure if this was discussed already.
There are several radio stations in the list with the same name. By scrolling the list on my device I can not see whats the difference (the web page lists stream-type and bitrate). Whats about a suffix, e.g. for "DRS 3" (switzerland) "DRS 3 128mp3"?
