Yes, i'm talking of the NAS at home, running a media-server. For example: I have under "Music" the names of singers and bands. If I want to go to (let's say) ZZ Top, I have to scroll down the whole list, every single entry.

In comparision, if I open the World Station radio list of a country, like for Germany, I can use the RIGHT/FF key on my Odys i-net Musicbox to jump to the next letter (like from stations starting with "D" to "E"), rather than scrolling down all entrys starting with letter "D".

Now I started thinking about how this could be achived when scrolling in the media-servers list: jumping from letter to letter rather than scrolling down each and every entry.

On some pages (like the station lists) you can use the "Right/FF" (direction) key to jump to the next letter in the list, rather than scrolling all the way down with the "Down" key.

I'm trying to get that working with the list of the NAS. I guess, there has to be a special character in the list to achieve this effect, right? Or some separator?
